Inner Child Exploration Series

Led by our Child & Family Advocate, this trauma-informed series for adults combines self-exploration and creative art to promote coping, healing, and wellness. Attendees will learn what trauma is, how it effects the brain, and valuable coping skills.

Refreshments will be provided.

This FREE series will be occur on the 1st Saturday of each month.

At this time, the meeting room is located on the 2nd Floor of The Brighter Tomorrows Center, with no elevator access. If you need a physical accomodation, please let us know so we can make arragements.
